Speak My Language uses the power of storytelling to empower people with disabilities from culturally diverse and Indigenous communities to live well.
We will record 100's of personal stories told by people with a disability as they share practical tips and insights about how to use personal skills, talents and community resources to live their best life.
Additional interviews with guest speakers from government, community groups, businesses and others will provide accurate and up-to-date information about accessible and inclusive places, activities, and opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy.
In total we will produce more than 650 recorded interviews, with content in up to 25 community languages.
Every interview will be available for FREE download and will include contact details on where and how to access everyday community resources.
