In this episode, our guest speaker Adwin shares with us some popular, accessible and inclusive interest groups and activities organised by the Chinese Association Victoria. Developing an interest has many benefits. The act of learning and practising an interest may help people with disability to build up confidence, self-esteem and satisfaction which also contribute to mental health. Engaging in an interest activity also encourages healthier behaviours and has a positive influence on overall physical health. Let's develop your interest!
