The Speak My Language state and territory coordinators are responsible for implementing the program in their state or territory.

Nihal Iscel
WA (former)

Nihal Iscel has more than 20 years of experience working in the multicultural and disability sectors, and currently works for the Ethnic Communities Council of WA in her role as the Speak My Language Coordinator. Nihal's professional experience involves supporting people from refugee, humanitarian entrant and migrant backgrounds including people with disability, to help them to break barriers and contribute to making positive systemic changes to improve their lives. 

Rajan Khadka
NT (former)

Rajan has worked in the community development sector from an early age in his home country Nepal. He has completed a Bachelors of Social Work from Tribhuvan University (Nepal), and worked with various organisations in the humanitarian and social service sectors. Rajan is currently working with Multicultural Council of the Northern Territory (MCNT) on a variety of programs, including as the local Speak My Language Coordinator. 

Osman Mohamed
VIC (former)

Osman Mohamed is employed with the Ethnic Communities' Council of Victoria as a Coordinator of the Speak My Language program. He is excited to be part of a valuable program that provides CALD and indigenous people the opportunity to talk about how they positively live with their disabilities and acquire information about inclusive places, activities and services in the community. Part of his work role is to recruit, induct and mentor inclusive minded Travellers (Bilingual Facilitators) who will be appointed to interview the storytellers and guest speakers in their community languages to break language and cultural barriers for people with disabilities to support greater inclusion.
